Een steeds ongelooflijker dierentuin in het hart van Normandi\u00eb&#8230; <\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11691\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11691\" style=\"width: 290px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturospace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/ptilope-superbe-Honfleur.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-11691\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11691\" src=\"https:\/\/www.naturospace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/ptilope-superbe-Honfleur.jpg\" alt=\"De prachtige ptilops, een nieuwkomer in Honfleur.\" width=\"290\" height=\"193\"><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11691\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">De prachtige ptilops, een nieuwkomer in Honfleur.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na een seizoen 2016 dat gekenmerkt werd door een toename van het aantal bezoekers ondanks minder bruggen, begint Naturospace Honfleur het nieuwe jaar met twee nieuwe bezoekers onder de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturospace.com\/nl\/naturospace\/vogel-universum\/\">exotische vogels<\/a><\/strong> Twee prachtige mannelijke ptilopes, een zeldzame soort uit Azi\u00eb-Oceani\u00eb (Nieuw-Guinea, Molukken) van de duivenfamilie. Deze zeer kleurrijke vogel is te herkennen aan het paars op de bovenkant van zijn kop, voorhoofd en nek, zijn oranje kraag, grijsblauwe keel, zwarte gordel en olijfgroene vleugels. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wat de vogels betreft, was 2016 een druk jaar met geboortes van de witwangtouraco&#8217;s, rouloulouls en Gould&#8217;s diamonds. We hopen dit jaar op een gelukkige gebeurtenis met Swanson&#8217;s lorissen. <\/p>\n<h2><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturospace.com\/nl\/naturospace\/planten-universum\/\">Exotische tuin<\/a>: fruitsalade&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De tuin van Naturospace Honfleur heeft de afgelopen maanden een lange weg afgelegd, vooral de cashewboom, die is gegroeid en geacclimatiseerd: van een enkel zaadje is de boom nu een meter hoog. Maar lik niet te snel je lippen af: het duurt nog een paar jaar voordat je de eerste vruchten ziet. Ondertussen kunnen bezoekers cacaodoppen, papaja&#8217;s, guaves, bananen, paprika&#8217;s, ananas en rosa-appels ontdekken. Een echte salade van exotisch fruit&#8230;   <\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"576\">\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Je dierentuin in Normandi\u00eb is nu elke dag non-stop geopend!<\/h4>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturospace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/chenille-papillon-Naturospace.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-11693\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11693\" src=\"https:\/\/www.naturospace.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/chenille-papillon-Naturospace.jpg\" alt=\"rups vlinder Naturospace\" width=\"800\" height=\"532\"><\/a><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Tropische vlinder: de reuzenmiereneter<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In tropische <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturospace.com\/nl\/naturospace\/universum-vlinders\/\">tropische vlinders<\/a><\/strong>zal de reuzenmiervogel uit Madagaskar in groten getale zijn vleugels spreiden, zodat je hem kunt ontdekken. Zijn spanwijdte kan oplopen tot 14 cm. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Missie dierentuin: solidariteitsactie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Behoud, educatie en onderzoek: Naturospace streeft er al lang naar om meer betrokken te zijn bij alle drie de missies van de dierentuinen. Een reis naar Frans Guyana met de Association Fran\u00e7aise des Parcs Zoologiques (AFdPZ) heeft ons in staat gesteld drie programma&#8217;s&#8230;. te identificeren. Naturospace organiseert een Conservation Day, waarbij alle winst naar deze 3 initiatieven gaat om hun activiteiten te helpen financieren.
